Registration Information
Hello Calgary Swordfish Swimmers and Families,
We are all anxious to get the swimming season started. Registration will be on Wednesday, March 24th, 6:00-8:00 Sir John A. Macdonald School and Saturday, March 27th, 2010 from 10:00 – 12:00 pm at SAIT in the Apollo-Diana Room (across from the arena windows). We are anticipating a full club and registration will be busy. To help speed up the process, please have the following documents and cheques filled out beforehand:
- FORMS
- one form per swimmer
- Alberta Health Care number must be on all forms where applicable
- CHEQUES
- Registration Fee:
1 - Cheque dated March 27, 2010
- $300.00 per swimmer; $100.00 for the 3rd swimmer or more from the same family
- Volunteer Commitment
–these cheques will be returned at the end of the season if commitment is fulfilled or cashed if commitment is not fulfilled:
- 1 – Cheque undated to officiate at 2 swim meets - $200.00 (will be cashed if only officiate at one meet)
- 1 – Cheque undated for attending Official Clinic or major volunteer position - $200.00

- COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- OFFICIALS CARD - if you have one
- SWIMSUIT SIZING
will be done on registration day. A swimsuit is included in your registration fee.
***NO SWIMMER CAN PARTICIPATE IN PRACTISES PRIOR TO REGISTRATION RECEIVED IN ITS ENTIRETY***
If your swimmer opts out of swimming prior to May 14th 2010, there is a reimbursement policy.
